Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations across enterprise applications using Workday Studio, REST APIs, and Web Services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration solutions using Workday Studio, APIs, and Web Services to connect Workday with external systems.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and synchronization to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to maintain performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust integration solutions.
• Support integration testing, deployment, and production releases while maintaining documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Workday Integration development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio for building complex integration workflows.
• Experience with Workday REST APIs and Workday Web Services.
• Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (B.Tech, M.Tech) or Science (B.Sc).

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Workday Financials alongside HCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex integration scenarios.
