Description

You will own the end-to-end development, implementation, and deployment of Workday integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and support Workday end-to-end integrations with internal and external applications.
• Build clean, maintainable integration systems and perform peer reviews of integration designs.
• Monitor and recommend optimizations for the health and performance of Workday integrations and tenant processes.
• Manage system releases, perform impact analysis on new features, and coordinate testing and release management.
• Create and maintain technical system documentation for teammates and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting end-to-end Workday integrations.
• Deep technical knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core HCM.
• Proven experience in developing, testing, and deploying integrations within the Workday platform.
• Experience with Workday reporting, data transformation, and the Workday security model.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Finance, and Procurement.
• Bachelor's degree or at least 6 years of experience in a technical application environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently to resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Prism experience and Workday Pro Certification.
• Consulting experience within the Workday ecosystem.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance.
