Description

Own the end-to-end development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations with internal and external applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build clean, maintainable integration systems using Workday Studio, EIBs, and reporting tools.
• Manage system releases, perform impact analysis, and oversee release management processes.
• Monitor integration health, recommend optimizations, and perform peer reviews of design.
• Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate technical constraints.
• Create and maintain technical system documentation for stakeholders and teammates.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience developing end-to-end integrations.
• Deep expertise with Workday Studio, EIBs, data transformation, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of the Workday security model, business processes, and configuration.
• Technical proficiency across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Finance, and Procurement.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree or at least 6 years of experience in a technical application environment.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Prism experience or Workday Pro Certification.
• Consulting experience within the Workday ecosystem.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance.
