Description

You will own the integration and configuration of Workday systems, including HCM, Benefits, and Absence processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate systems using Workday Integration tools, Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Configure Workday HCM, Benefits, and Absence business processes.
• Develop and manage reports using Workday Advanced, Composite, and BIRT reporting.
• Manage integrations with Workday Payroll using PICOF and PECI standards.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Workday Integration experience.
• Mandatory expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Benefits business processes.
• Experience with Workday Integration and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Workday Payroll, PICOF, and PECI.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Extend.
• Workday Certification in Integrations or Studio.
