Description

Design and maintain secure Workday HCM integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Own the full lifecycle of integration flows, from API design to error handling and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, PECI, and Report-as-a-Service.
• Develop robust APIs and flows on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring secure data exchange.
• Transform and map HRIS data structures using XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP protocols.
• Debug complex integration issues and optimize performance for HR processes and payroll data.
• Collaborate on orchestration strategies to streamline HRIS workflows.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of total experience with 5+ years specifically in Workday HCM integrations.
• Deep hands-on proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design and connectors.
• Strong command of Workday integration tools: Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, and RaaS.
• Expertise in XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP for data transformation and API communication.
• Thorough understanding of HRIS data structures, HR processes, and secure data integration patterns.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
