Description

Lead technical support and Workday integration workstreams for remote stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily calls to log, organize, and update technical issues.
• Consult business stakeholders to validate priorities and project timing.
• Coordinate developer workloads and manage task distribution.
• Resolve complex technical issues directly as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Lead capacity.
• Extensive experience in the Workday integrations space.
• Proven ability to manage technical delivery projects.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining high stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
