Description

You will configure and support Workday Learning implementations, translating business requirements into functional system configurations. You apply foundational Workday HCM knowledge to ensure proper worker data, organizational structure, and security alignment. Your work centers on Learning Management System (LMS) processes, including content management, compliance training, and learning assignments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Workday Learning modules with a focus on functional configuration.
• Translate business requirements into functional system configurations and workflows.
• Manage LMS processes such as content management, compliance training, and learning assignments.
• Apply foundational Workday HCM knowledge to align worker data and security concepts.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Workday implementation or support, preferably in Learning.
• Strong functional understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Foundational knowledge of Workday HCM, including worker data and organizational structure.
• Experience with security concepts within the Workday ecosystem.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hybrid or remote work environments within Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune.
