You will own Workday learning implementations, configuring HCM modules and supporting related processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday HCM modules specifically for learning functions.
• Implement and support end-to-end learning-related processes within the Workday ecosystem.
• Manage and deliver reporting requirements specific to learning data.
• Consult on Workday learning implementation strategies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 4 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Specific expertise in Workday Learning configuration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Workday platform capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday reporting and analytics for learning data.
