Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure and support the Workday Learning module.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure Workday Learning based on business needs.
• Support learning programs, courses, content, and user access.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Work with HR and business teams to understand requirements.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and system updates.
• Prepare functional documentation and user guides.

Experience Required:

• 3-8 years of experience in Workday HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Learning.
• Strong knowledge of Workday functional configuration.
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing, and production support.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Any Post Graduation, Any Graduation
