Description

Workday LMS Consultant owning implementation and support for Learning modules. You configure systems, manage stakeholder requirements, and ensure functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Workday configurations for Learning Management Systems.
• Implement and support LMS processes including content management, compliance training, and learning assignments.
• Apply foundational Workday HCM knowledge to manage worker data, organizational structures, and security concepts.
• Document functional designs and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Workday implementation or support, with a preference for Learning modules.
• Strong functional understanding of LMS processes and configurations.
• Foundational knowledge of Workday HCM, including worker data models and security.
• Ability to configure systems based on translated business requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to produce clear functional documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Immediate availability to join within 15 days.
• Experience in digital transformation environments.
