Description

Lead Workday implementations and manage the technical team for system operations in East Los Angeles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, design, and build phases of Workday implementations.
• Manage a technical team of security administrators, programmers, analysts, and report writers.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance managers to develop the Workday roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and workflows.
• Coordinate system upgrades and oversee change management activities for the Workday environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information systems and Workday HCM/Finance management.
• Working knowledge of Workday ERP, specifically Financials and HCM.
• Experience managing ERP applications and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong experience translating business needs into technical documentation and functional specs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to deliver executive-ready reports and communicate complex technical information.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ellucian Banner, Talend, or Oracle database.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and modern programming languages.
