Description

You will configure and support Workday Onboarding processes within the HCM module. You translate business requirements into functional system configurations and ensure smooth worker data transitions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Workday Onboarding, including hire, change job, and organizational structure updates.
• Translate business requirements into functional system configurations and security rules.
• Manage worker data integrity and core HCM business processes during implementation and support phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine onboarding workflows.

Required Skills

• 2–10 years of experience in Workday implementation or support.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, specifically Onboarding.
• Understanding of worker data, organizational structure, and security concepts.
• Experience with core HCM business processes (Hire, Change Job, Onboarding).
• Ability to map business requirements to Workday configuration.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday HCM implementation projects.
• 1+ year tenure in previous roles.
