Description

You will manage Workday operations with a focus on Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) data loads. You handle day-to-day operational tasks for a Fortune 500 client in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Upload data into Workday using EIB, including worker data and compensation details.
• Manage inbound and outbound integrations to ensure data consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EIB errors during data load processes.
• Perform daily operational tasks to maintain system health.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on, day-to-day operational experience in Workday.
• Strong practical experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) loads.
• Proven ability to handle data loads for worker and compensation modules.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound integrations.
• Ability to diagnose and fix EIB-related errors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a global Fortune 500 environment.
