You will support and maintain Workday Payroll for US and Canadian entities within a ticket-based AMS environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage US Payroll operations including Federal, State, and Local tax filings and W-2 processing.
• Administer Canada Payroll ensuring CRA compliance, ROE issuance, T4 preparation, and provincial tax calculations.
• Configure and maintain payroll business processes, integrations, and standard reports.
• Implement Workday releases, updates, and new feature adoptions across the payroll module.
• Manage payroll integrations with Benefits, Time Tracking, General Ledger, and Banking systems.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Workday Payroll administration.
• Proven expertise in US Payroll tax rules, W-2 processing, and year-end procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian Payroll, including CRA compliance, ROE, T4, and provincial taxes.
• Hands-on experience with Workday payroll business process configuration.
• Experience working in an Application Management Support (AMS) or ticket-based support model.
• Understanding of Workday integrations with third-party systems (Benefits, Time, GL, Banking).
• Ability to implement Workday updates and manage feature adoption.
