Description

You will configure and maintain Workday Payroll and Advanced Compensation modules within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Payroll and Advanced Compensation modules to meet specific HR requirements.
• Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering to design functional solutions.
• Execute project management methodologies within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams using ServiceNow Agile and HRSD processes.
• Visualize and implement technical solutions for diverse HR needs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in ERP, HCM, and Advanced Compensation implementation and upgrades.
• Hands-on experience with HCM, Payroll, and Core Compensation.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools and processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow Agile module and HRSD.
• Strong understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality.
• Ability to perform detailed analytical research and conceptual thinking.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certification in HCM, Payroll, or Advanced Compensation.
