Description

You will manage and optimize Workday Payroll and HCM implementations for US and Canada operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions.
• Manage end-to-end payroll business processes, including earnings, deductions, taxation, and job codes.
• Configure and maintain payroll calculations and payroll interfaces.
• Recommend best practices based on industry experience in Workday Payroll and Time.
• Support US and Canada payroll processes within the Workday ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday implementations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday Payroll.
• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Experience with Workday Time and Absence modules.
• Knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
• Experience with Workday Talent module.
• Understanding of US and Canada payroll requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
