Description

Own Workday payroll configuration and integration for U.S. payroll operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, and Absence Management modules.
• Develop and manage integrations using EIB, Studio, and RaaS (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB).
• Build and optimize reports using Advanced Report Writer, BIRT, and Prism Analytics.
• Implement configurable security, calculated fields, custom fields, and business process frameworks.
• Tune integration codes and report performance to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and U.S. Payroll rules.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Cloud Connect integrations.
• Experience with Studio, RaaS, and XML/XSLT for data transformation.
• Strong background in Core HCM, Recruiting, and Absence Management.
• Ability to create and optimize complex reports using BIRT and Prism Analytics.
• Understanding of configurable security and business process framework.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Extend domain and advanced data analytics.
