Description

Lead Workday payroll implementations and optimizations across US and Canada jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll business processes, including earnings, deductions, US taxation, job codes, and payroll calculations.
• Configure Workday compensation packages for salary, bonus, allowance, commission, and merit plans.
• Execute year-end activities including period schedules, holiday calendars, balance payouts, open enrollment, and W2 generation.
• Maintain the General Ledger by updating posting rule sets and accounting sets for new entities.
• Conduct discovery and design sessions to gather business requirements and recommend industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Workday payroll and HCM implementations.
• Deep knowledge of US and Canada Workday payroll frameworks and PCGs.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, Time, and Core HCM modules.
• Proficiency in managing payroll interfaces and banking/settlement processes for US Payroll.
• Experience configuring Workday modules: Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, and Loads.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
