Description

You will design, configure, and implement Workday payroll integrations focused on PECI solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client payroll requirements and translate them into integration strategies.
• Develop and maintain integration templates, mappings, and transformation logic for PECI files.
• Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure data exchange and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Perform end-to-end testing, validating data accuracy and reconciliation.
• Document integration processes, technical specifications, and support materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday payroll integrations, specifically PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface).
• Proven expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, data structures, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques.
• Experience working with Data Structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
