Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday payroll integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday payroll integrations with third-party payroll vendors and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Ensure integrations comply with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of payroll integration issues in production environments.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Workday HCM experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Workday Payroll Integration & Functional Experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors (especially PECI/PICOF), EIB, XSLT, and Workday Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, REST).
  • Experience with U.S. and/or global payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, SAP, CloudPay).
  • Deep understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and taxation.
  • Experience working on full life-cycle Workday implementation(s) or large enhancement projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
