Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday payroll integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll integration issues in production environments.
• Ensure all integrations comply with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Workday Payroll Integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors (PECI/PICOF), EIB, XSLT, and WSDL.
• Experience with U.S. and/or global payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, SAP, CloudPay).
• Deep understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and taxation.
• Experience working on full life-cycle Workday implementation(s) or large enhancement projects.
