Description

You will own the end-to-end US payroll process and Workday configuration within the Operations function.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, input, review, and process US payroll, including sales commissions, bonuses, and monthly variables.
• Perform daily configuration support for Workday US Payroll and Time Tracking modules.
• Reconcile payroll by reviewing net variances from previous months and verifying data accuracy.
• Translate complex business needs into design recommendations through system analysis and configuration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, specifically Payroll and Time Tracking modules.
• Proficiency in ADP Payroll and data entry.
• Advanced Excel skills for payroll reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation capabilities.
• Proven ability to act as a liaison with global stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
