📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Peakon implementation within project timelines.
• Gather business requirements and design employee engagement surveys.
• Configure Peakon including questions, segments, schedules, roles, access, and security.
• Integrate Peakon with Workday HCM and other HR systems.
• Manage testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to HR and People Analytics teams.
• Recommend best practices for employee engagement and continuous listening.
• Provide post-production hypercare and stabilization support.
