Description

Design and maintain data pipelines and integrations within the Workday ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday Prism pipelines for seamless integration with Workday Financials.
• Develop and optimize data flows to satisfy business and reporting requirements.
• Utilize Workday Studio for advanced integration development and custom tasks.
• Implement and manage Workday Orchestration to automate workflows and business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently to support business processes.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Workday Prism, specifically building pipelines from Workday Financials.
• 3-5 years of experience with Workday Financials modules, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio for custom integration development.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Orchestration for workflow management.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications in Prism, Financials, or Integration.
• Experience with Workday reporting tools such as Composite Reports and Dashboards.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
