Description

You will support a complex ERP implementation by managing data integrity and business analysis workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose data issues through root cause analysis and recommend technical solutions.
• Validate data conversion rules and perform data validation tasks.
• Gather, document, and communicate business requirements and project documentation.
• Manage tickets within JIRA and support testing phases by researching defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and support data quality and cleanup efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data-centric roles.
• Workday Prism HCM and/or Payroll expertise.
• Expert-level Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and concatenations.
• Proficiency with JIRA for ticket management.
• Experience with data validation and analyzing database structures.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on complex data discrepancies.
• Strong analytical skills to ensure data integrity within ERP systems.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to synthesize multiple data sources into cohesive presentations.
• Effective communication skills to articulate technical messages to various audiences.
