Description

Act as the functional and technical expert for Workday Procurement within a multi-module environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday modules to meet specific business unit requirements and user needs.
• Manage system security, including granting permissions and maintaining access controls.
• Handle technical integrations, custom development, and general maintenance of the Workday infrastructure.
• Build and manage business reports to support financial and procurement processes.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues and automate manual processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise applications administration experience with a focus on Workday.
• Deep functional expertise in Workday Procurement, specifically supplier management, purchase orders, invoicing, and contract lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll modules.
• Proficiency in Workday report writing and system configuration.
• Experience managing integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working across diverse business units involving Finance, Human Capital, and Procurement.
