You will own the configuration and administration of Workday modules with a heavy focus on Procurement.
Responsibilities
- Configure Workday modules to meet specific business unit requirements and user needs.
- Manage system security, including granting permissions and overseeing user access.
- Handle technical integrations, custom development, and general maintenance of the Workday infrastructure.
- Build and maintain business reports to support financial and procurement processes.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues and automate business processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of enterprise applications administration experience with a strong focus on Workday.
- Deep expertise in Workday Procurement modules, including supplier management, purchase orders, invoicing, and contract lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll modules.
- Proven ability in Workday system configuration and report writing.
- Experience managing integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, analysis, and forecasting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently.
- Any Graduate degree.
