Description

You will own the configuration and administration of Workday modules with a heavy focus on Procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Workday modules to meet specific business unit requirements and user needs.
  • Manage system security, including granting permissions and overseeing user access.
  • Handle technical integrations, custom development, and general maintenance of the Workday infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain business reports to support financial and procurement processes.
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues and automate business processes.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of enterprise applications administration experience with a strong focus on Workday.
  • Deep expertise in Workday Procurement modules, including supplier management, purchase orders, invoicing, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll modules.
  • Proven ability in Workday system configuration and report writing.
  • Experience managing integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Any Graduate degree.
