Description
You will support the Workday HCM Agile team by managing sustainment practices and backlog refinement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for and participate in Sprint Review and Planning by gathering stakeholder feedback on prioritization.
- Collaborate with the team to detail story acceptance criteria and ensure tasks are documented and ready for approval.
- Manage cases, requests, and stories through ServiceNow HRSD and Agile modules.
- Support the creation of roadmaps for the backlog and projects affecting the Workday system.
Required Skills
- Experience leading a Workday Agile team.
- Deep knowledge of Workday HCM.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools and processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow Agile module and HRSD.
- Strong analytical, research, and conceptual-thinking skills to visualize HR solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage organizational culture and apply best practices flexibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent experience in the IT software development life cycle and Agile delivery.
- US Citizenship is required.
