Description

You will manage sustainment practices and backlog refinement for the Workday HCM Agile team.

US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and lead Sprint Review and Planning sessions by gathering stakeholder feedback on prioritization.
• Collaborate with the team to define story acceptance criteria and ensure tasks are documented and ready for approval.
• Manage cases, requests, and stories through ServiceNow HRSD and Agile modules.
• Support the creation of roadmaps for the backlog and projects impacting the Workday system.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT software development life cycle and Agile delivery.
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Experience leading a Workday Agile team.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools and processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Agile module and HRSD.
• Strong analytical, research, and conceptual-thinking skills to visualize HR solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent experience.
