Description

You will manage program controls and financial tracking for Workday implementations within a complex, regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Track financials in partnership with the BCH Finance Lead.
• Manage risks and issues under the oversight of the OCM Lead and Program Director.
• Prepare reporting for Board-level reviews.
• Manage change control governance preparation.
• Partner with the OCM Lead, Project Integration & Alignment Leadership, and functional ERP Project Managers.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of ERP delivery experience.
• At least 2 full-lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments.
• Healthcare industry experience, specifically with large AMC or Pediatric settings.
• Knowledge of ERP Program management.
• Experience collaborating with OCM Leads and Program Directors.
• Ability to manage financial tracking and governance processes.
