Description

You will lead Workday ERP implementations in the public sector, managing large-scale software projects with significant financial impact.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Workday implementation projects across multiple departments.
• Apply project and change management principles to design, evaluate, and deploy solutions.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate effectively with government stakeholders and unions.
• Resolve conflicts and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining project momentum.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of program management experience in large software implementations.
• Minimum 2 years of Workday implementation experience in the public sector or government.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and business inter-relationships.
• Proficiency in managing hardware, software, and network infrastructure deployment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications.
• Experience working with government unions and regulatory environments.
