Lead and coordinate Workday Financial Management and Procurement projects, including implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
Responsibilities
Provide full lifecycle project leadership for Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Management, and Procurement.
Partner with Finance and Procurement business owners to align system design with accounting policies, purchasing workflows, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with functional leads, integration developers, and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
Track configuration, data conversion, integrations, security roles, and end-to-end testing cycles.
Facilitate business process assessments for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) workflows.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or specialized training.
PMP certification from PMI or equivalent.
5+ years of experience leading moderate to high complexity projects (within the last 7 years).
3+ years of hands-on experience leading server-based application development or enhancement projects (within the last 5 years).
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint 2013, and MS O365.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, procurement workflows, and financial reporting structures.
Experience with ERP integrations.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on familiarity with Workday Financial Management and Workday Procurement Management.
Experience leading vendor-managed projects within the last 3 years.
Executive-level written and oral communication skills.
