Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM projects from planning through implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-scale project plans, communication strategies, and product enhancement backlogs.
• Control project scope by managing Statements of Work, change requests, and potential scope creep.
• Identify and monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
• Validate external implementation partner work and escalate deviations from resource plans.
• Lead regular project reviews with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant Workday HCM experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading Workday HCM projects and workstreams.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday HCM implementation projects.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree.
