Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide Workday initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday projects across HCM, Finance, Payroll, or other modules to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation models.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Identify project risks and drive proactive resolution strategies.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and post-deployment support with functional leads.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3–5 years of experience leading Workday projects.
• Hands-on experience managing Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, or Integrations projects.
• Deep understanding of Workday architecture, configurations, and data workflows.
• Proven success leading end-to-end Workday implementations or major enhancement initiatives.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Background in data migration, testing, or integrations with SAP, ADP, or ServiceNow.
• PMI, CSM, or Workday certifications.
