Description

Lead Workday implementation and managed services projects from planning through go-live and hypercare.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, RAID logs, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, and Reporting.
• Facilitate design workshops, requirements gathering, UAT sessions, and process reviews.
• Maintain executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and expectation management.
• Ensure alignment with Workday roadmap, release cycles, and governance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience managing enterprise-level Workday implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality.
• Proficiency with PM methodologies including Agile and PMI.
• Direct experience with Workday Finance and Payroll modules.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or other relevant PM certification.
