Manage Workday implementation and optimization projects within a complex stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements gathering and prioritize feature development to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate collaboration between EAA, BPO Vendor, and CX VM teams.
• Ensure technical requirements meet business process framework standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 4+ years of dedicated project management experience.
• Deep understanding of Workday General HCM.
• Proficiency with Workday business process frameworks.
• Experience with Workday reporting.
• Ability to manage cross-functional coordination with EAA, BPO Vendor, and CX VM teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with external vendors in large-scale implementations.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for complex stakeholder environments.
