Description

Lead large-scale IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, overseeing UAT execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT execution, including scope planning, resource allocation, test script strategy, and reporting.
• Manage tactical project activities by tracking risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Drive roadblocks to resolution and engage leadership teams when necessary.
• Document and distribute status reports and project communication plans to stakeholders.
• Develop project risk mitigation plans and perform change impact analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading large IT projects.
• 4+ years of experience managing large volume data mapping using vlookups and pivot tables.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst creating process flows and dependency maps.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Experience in business process flow documentation.
• Proven ability to manage UAT lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• ANY GRADUATE education.
• 3-year tenure in previous roles.
