Description

You will manage HR technology projects centered on Workday implementation and process optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, L&D, and POps to understand challenges and design solutions.
• Deliver a centralized onboarding dashboard providing managers visibility from Pre-Day-One through Day 90.
• Implement automated Slack notifications for milestones, key tasks, and exceptions.
• Maintain product roadmaps, Jira stories, UAT plans, and track project timelines.
• Lead change management activities, including demos, training, and communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in HR technology product or technical project management.
• 5+ years implementing Workday solutions and integrating HR technology capabilities.
• Experience defining and rolling out new processes and systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Agile experience with strong Jira skills for backlog management, story creation, sprint planning, and tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver employee and manager experience improvements in onboarding, compliance, or HR workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Technical experience integrating Workday with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack).
• PMP or other formal project management certification.
