Description

You will own the end-to-end quality assurance for Workday HCM and Finance modules, ensuring system stability across releases and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end validation.
• Validate Workday configurations, business processes, security roles, and reporting outputs.
• Test Workday integrations including EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and PECI, along with vendor interfaces.
• Lead testing efforts for system enhancements and semiannual Workday releases.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure complete test coverage and release readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM and Finance testing.
• Hands-on expertise in manual testing methodologies.
• Strong background in test automation framework design, development, and maintenance.
• Experience building reusable scripts for regression and release validation.
• Proficiency with Workday integration tools: EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and PECI.
• Ability to improve QA efficiency and streamline testing processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading testing for complex Workday upgrades.
• Background in validating complex business processes and security configurations.
