Description

You will consult on and implement Workday Recruiting solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive requirements gathering for recruiting initiatives.
• Design and configure Workday Recruiting components, including Business Processes and Security settings.
• Lead end-to-end implementation cycles for Workday Recruiting.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and design effective solutions across the recruiting ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with the Recruiting Ecosystem (technology and strategy).
• 2+ years of end-to-end Workday Recruiting implementation experience.
• Expertise in Workday Recruiting configurations, Business Processes, Security, and Career Site configuration.
• Experience with multiple Workday modules (HCM, Onboarding, Talent, Security, Reporting).
• Strong problem-solving and solution design abilities.
• Proficiency in Workday Recruiting and general Recruiting practices.
