Description

You will lead end-to-end implementation of the Workday Recruiting module from Pre-Design through Hypercare.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive design workshops, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for Workday Recruiting.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), resolving complex scenarios and making business decisions.
• Manage interactions with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Support integrations between Workday and legacy or third-party systems.
• Mentor junior consultants and conduct peer reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience within the recruiting ecosystem (technical and strategic).
• Proven experience owning the full process from design through to hypercare.
• Experience leading two full-cycle Workday Recruiting implementations.
• Expertise in Workday and Recruitment implementation cycles.
• Strong skills in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Ability to guide clients on Workday release features and continuous optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
• 4-year tenure in previous roles.
