Description

You will design, build, and maintain Workday reporting solutions to meet functional business requirements. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting initiatives, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assess reporting requirements and facilitate design specifications with functional stakeholders.
• Build Workday simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending, scorecard, dashboard, and BIRT reports.
• Diagnose and solve complex reporting issues to ensure solution accuracy and efficiency.
• Enforce Workday reporting methodologies across development teams.
• Provide guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to less experienced developers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of Workday report development experience or a related Workday Certification.
• Expertise in building Workday simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending, scorecard, dashboard, and BIRT reports.
• Experience developing reports within HR, payroll, benefits, research administration, procurement, accounting, finance, or budgets.
• Proven experience coordinating with cross-functional partners for requirement gathering.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform knowledge transfer with developers unfamiliar with Workday reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Prism Analytics.
• Background working within higher education, government, or nonprofit organizations.
