You will develop and maintain Workday reports and analyze data to solve HCM business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard and custom Workday reports.
• Utilize calculated fields for complex data manipulation.
• Analyze data to address business requirements within HCM functions.
• Support application needs using reporting tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Workday Reporting.
• Proficiency in creating Standard and Custom reports.
• Strong knowledge of Calculated fields.
• Familiarity with HCM modules.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
