Description

You will act as the technical subject matter expert for Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll implementations.

Responsibilities

• Consult on Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll implementations to ensure technical alignment.
• Build and maintain a governance structure around data and reporting delivery.
• Lead the strategy for data delivery, determining how, what, when, and who receives actionable insights.
• Configure, develop, and test integrations and security across the Workday platform.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into functional operational requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of advanced experience with Workday applications and reporting.
• 5+ years of advanced experience in Workday Integrations, including Workday Studio (minimum 10 Studio integrations).
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Workday Extend, CCB, BIRT, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• 5+ years of Finance data analysis experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday security, including Role-based and User-based security, Domains, ISU, and ISSG.
• 3+ years of experience working within Agile Scrum methodology.
• Deep understanding of Workday business object models and functional modules including Finance, HCM, Talent Management, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll.
• Proficiency with tools such as JSON, Notepad++, and Oxygen XML.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate skills in Agile delivery management.
