Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex reporting solutions within the Workday ecosystem to support HR and broader business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced, matrix, composite, and BIRT reports using Workday Report Writer.
• Design dashboards to communicate key HR metrics and answer specific business questions for stakeholders.
• Partner with HR COEs and business stakeholders to triage requirements and prepare business cases for new metrics.
• Optimize reporting performance and troubleshoot complex user inquiries or data issues.
• Maintain a report catalog and educate end users on self-service reporting functionality.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a Software Developer.
• 3+ years of experience specifically using Workday reporting tools.
• Proficiency in creating advanced, matrix, composite, and BIRT reports.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical report specifications.
• Experience participating in Workday Community and Design Partner groups.
