Description

Manage design, configuration, and reporting for the Workday Scout platform. Own the end-to-end delivery of sourcing functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and reporting setup for the Workday Scout platform.
• Manage requirements gathering, technical testing, UAT support, and post-production activities.
• Monitor feature releases and execute regression testing to minimize production impact.
• Collaborate with procurement and business analysts to define and prioritize process enhancements.
• Handle incident management for production issues and maintain accurate change documentation.

Required Skills

• 3-4+ years of specific experience with Workday Scout or a comparable strategic sourcing platform.
• Minimum of 5 years of total relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Deep expertise in Workday and Scout platform configurations.
• Proven experience managing technical testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Ability to work effectively within a global team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for educating stakeholders.
• Proven planning, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
