You will lead the security architecture and governance strategy across the Workday platform.
Responsibilities
Design and configure security across all domains including Core HCM, Compensation, Finance, PRISM, Adaptive, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Expense Management, Integrations, and Reporting.
Manage Segregation of Duties to ensure system setups prevent violations.
Perform ongoing data, application, and integration audits to maintain compliance.
Execute secondary support and development for EIB, Studio integrations, and data loads.
Assess, plan, and launch new features during Workday upgrades.
Develop user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and test scripts.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Workday project implementation or operations.
Workday Certification specifically related to Security.
Experience with the Sailpoint platform.
Technical proficiency in modifying custom, intersection, and integration security configurations.
Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Finance, PRISM, Adaptive, Talent, Payroll, Time, and Absence domains.
Ability to conduct requirements gathering and troubleshoot root cause security issues.
Degree in Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
