Description

You will lead the security architecture and governance strategy across the Workday platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure security across all domains including Core HCM, Compensation, Finance, PRISM, Adaptive, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Expense Management, Integrations, and Reporting.
• Manage Segregation of Duties to ensure system setups prevent violations.
• Perform ongoing data, application, and integration audits to maintain compliance.
• Execute secondary support and development for EIB, Studio integrations, and data loads.
• Assess, plan, and launch new features during Workday upgrades.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and test scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday project implementation or operations.
• Workday Certification specifically related to Security.
• Experience with the Sailpoint platform.
• Technical proficiency in modifying custom, intersection, and integration security configurations.
• Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Finance, PRISM, Adaptive, Talent, Payroll, Time, and Absence domains.
• Ability to conduct requirements gathering and troubleshoot root cause security issues.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
