Description

You will own security configuration, access management, and architecture design for Workday ERP systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Workday security settings, domain policies, and user access.
• Design and implement security architecture for Workday ERP systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex security-related issues within Workday applications.
• Conduct security impact analyses related to system changes.
• Support Workday ERP implementation and support projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ERP software development life cycle.
• 5+ years of experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects.
• Proven experience as a Workday Security Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and role-based access.
• Hands-on experience with security configuration and user access management.
• Experience with Workday integrations, reports, and security impact analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Security Certified.
• Workday HCM Functional and Technical Knowledge.
