Workday Security Consultant: Contract Opportunity

Job Overview

• Looking for an experienced Workday Security professional to support our client's Workday implementation and ongoing operations
• Contract engagement with a flexible, remote setup

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday security groups, domain security policies, and business process security
• Manage role-based access, user provisioning, and de-provisioning
• Troubleshoot access issues and resolve security-related tickets
• Support security testing during releases, updates, and new deployments
• Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, and data privacy requirements
• Document security configurations and collaborate with HR, IT, and functional teams

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM security configuration
• Strong knowledge of security groups (role-based, user-based, and job-based) and domain and business process policies
• Understanding of Workday integrations and integration system security (ISU/ISSG)
• Experience with audit and compliance reporting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work Details

• 🕠 Shift timing: 5:30 PM to 1:00 AM EST
• 🏠 Location: Remote
