Description

You will design, develop, and support Workday Studio integrations and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) data loads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Workday Studio integrations for HCM data flows.
• Manage EIBs for data migration, loads, and exports.
• Troubleshoot integration errors and performance issues in production.
• Support Workday HCM system administration, reporting, and audits.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to define technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Strong technical knowledge of Workday HCM, including Payroll.
• Experience with integration development, data migration, and system configuration.
• Proven ability in system testing, production support, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay current with Workday releases and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Studio or Integration Cloud certifications.
• Experience supporting multi-module Workday HCM environments.
